Modern Slavery Statement 2026

MODERN SLAVERY & HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT

This Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement (“Statement”) is issued by Cogswork Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Cogswork”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and applies to all our operations, business activities, and supply chains.

This Statement extends to all individuals engaged with us, including employees, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, partners, and any other third parties working on our behalf.

OUR PRINCIPLES

Cogswork operates with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical business practices. We recognise the inherent dignity and value of every individual and are dedicated to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and fair working environment.

We unequivocally oppose modern slavery in all its forms. This includes, but is not limited to, forced labour, servitude, child labour, and human trafficking—each of which constitutes a serious violation of fundamental human rights.

OUR ZERO-TOLERANCE APPROACH

Cogswork maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are fully committed to preventing such practices within both our operations and our supply chains.

We expect all individuals and organisations associated with Cogswork—including employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners—to uphold the same high standards. All must operate in accordance with applicable laws and ethical principles that prohibit forced labour, human trafficking, and exploitation.

Our internal policies and Code of Conduct reinforce these standards and are communicated clearly to all personnel. We expect everyone representing Cogswork to act with respect, fairness, and integrity.

SUPPLY CHAIN RESPONSIBILITY

In line with our commitment to eradicating slavery practices, all purchase orders issued to our suppliers globally include an Anti-Slavery clause. Furthermore, we actively encourage our suppliers to uphold anti-slavery practices throughout their own supply chains.

ONGOING COMMITMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS

We recognise that combating modern slavery requires continuous effort. To strengthen our approach, Cogswork is committed to the following initiatives:

Organisational Transparency

We will continue to review and document our organisational structure and supply chains to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

We aim to strengthen our due diligence processes to better identify, assess, and manage risks related to modern slavery. This includes reviewing suppliers and partners where appropriate.

Performance Monitoring

We will develop appropriate measures and indicators to assess the effectiveness of our policies and actions in preventing modern slavery.

Training and Awareness

Cogswork is committed to raising awareness among employees and stakeholders by providing guidance and training on recognising and reporting signs of modern slavery.

REPORTING CONCERNS AND WHISTLEBLOWING

Any breach of this Statement by an employee may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Breaches by third parties may lead to termination of contracts and business relationships.

Cogswork strictly prohibits retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith. We are committed to ensuring that whistleblowers are protected from any form of unfair treatment, including threats or intimidation.

HOW TO RAISE A CONCERN

If you suspect any instance of modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with our business or supply chain, you should report it immediately via: info@cogswork.com

All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.

REVIEW OF THIS STATEMENT

This Statement will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure its continued effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
